Mind and Body Workshop

The Mind and Body Workshop was designed to help successful professionals achieve better work–life balance - an essential component for maintaining equilibrium and high performance levels. Carefully crafted by Teyhou and Marija, the program benefited individuals seeking greater harmony in their personal and professional lives. For those who had been struggling with stress or burnout, the workshop offered an opportunity to learn new strategies and ask meaningful questions.

The event was especially valuable for high-functioning individuals - those who are multifaceted and operate at advanced levels of cognitive processing. Entrepreneurs and professionals in fields such as law, finance, and IT often hold themselves to high standards of competence, efficiency, and creativity. However, without proper self-care and balance, these same qualities can lead to exhaustion and burnout. High stress levels often result in lower energy, reduced cognitive performance, and a decline in productivity.

Attendees were invited to join a meet-and-greet and take time to check in with their mind, body, and overall wellness goals for 2019.
